Formulating and implementing an environmental sustainability program may seem time consuming and difficult to execute without help. My Green Doctor has been helping add environmental sustainability to healthcare practices around the world since 2010.
My Green Doctor’s healthcare sustainability experts coach each practice manager so that managers do not need to become sustainability experts.
Here is how we provide coaching: We ask the office manager or nurse manager to add only five minutes of My Green Doctor to a staff meeting once each month. At each meeting, one new management change will be announced and discussed. To make this easy for the manager, a My Green Doctor expert coach will meet with the manager by phone or Zoom for ten minutes a few days before the staff meeting. They will discuss the Meeting-by-Meeting Guide script for that month and choose the management change for the practice for that month. My Green Doctor Consulting Services
At MGD, we also offer bespoke consulting for environmental sustainability planning and implementation. We integrate any existing sustainability work and metrics (e.g. at the affiliate hospital level) with operations in owned or affiliated clinics and practices.
