Todd L Sack, MD, FACP
Executive Director and Editor
Dr. Sack is Editor since 2010. He lectures and publishes widely about environmental sustainability for health professionals and managers. He chaired the Florida Medical Association’s Environment & Health Section for ten years and has served on many non-profit boards related to the environment and public health. He was a member of the Florida Energy Commission where he chaired the Climate Change Advisory Group. He is a member of the Working Group on Health Professional Education and Communication of the National Academy of Medicine’s Action Collaborative on Decarbonizing the U.S. Healthcare Sector. In 2023 & 2024, he is President of Physicians for Social Responsibility, an organization recognized by two Nobel Peace Prizes. He has authored more than twenty policy positions related to environmental sustainability that have been adopted by the Florida Medical Association, the American Medical Association, and other health professional societies. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at the H. Wertheim College of Medicine where he researches methods for teaching communities about climate change and health. Todd practices gastroenterology at “We Care at Borland Groover”, a free clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, USA and at FAME Medical in Karatu, Tanzania. Heather P Massey
Sustainability Programs Manager
Ms. Heather P Massey works with the staff members of My Green Doctor’s thirty Participating healthcare organizations to help their members to use My Green Doctor’s practice management and patient education resources. She brings extensive experience in customer support and environmental sustainability. Ms. Massey came directly to My Green Doctor from Amazon where her work focused on environmentally sustainable products. In 2024, she completed an environmental sustainability fellowship.
Judy Holm
Marketing & Communications Consultant
Ms. Holm is an international financial and marketing executive with industry experience in nonprofits and climate change, start-ups, fin-tech and financial services, culture, and design. She received B.A.s in both Economics and French from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from L’Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). Her expertise spans strategic planning, marketing communications, product marketing, branding, social media, public relations and events, advertising, merchandising, and corporate partnerships. She has directed over 1,000 marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions across the US and Europe; spearheaded the marketing and PR for over seventy new retail branch offices for financial services institutions across the US; launched and executed social media strategy and content for seven financial company’s CEOs; and planned and produced over 750 events and created over 200 videos, ads and short films. For the past five years, her work has centered on assisting corporations, small businesses, civic institutions, NGO’s and individuals address climate change through education, assessment and implementation of GHG emissions reduction plans, business practices, and communications.
